Instrument Returns and 2nd year Registration Info

Rent for the summer:
To reduce the amount of people who will be at the shop for instrument rentals, we are asking those who would like to rent over the summer to do so at home and not come to the shop. Please fill out this google form  . This form will remain active until May 31. If you have any questions or need help filling out your form, please call 435-770-9189.  You can pay for your rental by either PayPal (after the google form, there is a pay now option)

Return your instrument for the summer:
We are structuring instrument returns different this year as well.  We have separated the schools in to different time windows to allow for fewer people at any given time and we will be utilizing a curbside drop off option this year.  When you come to the shop we will have teachers there to help direct you on where to park along the curb.  There has been construction along 400 South and the road might still be closed off when we do returns so we will have signs and faculty members directing cars along the block. We ask that you stay in your vehicles and have your instrument ready for pick up.  Please make sure that you have everything that was included with the instrument when you first rented it (rosin, bows, end pin straps - cellos and basses).  We will have a teacher fill out the return form for you and they will take the instrument from your car to check the serial number and MWSA numbers before checking it in to the shop.  They will then bring you the copy of your form to indicate that you are finished and everything is in order.  Your health and safety is very important to us and to help reduce cross contamination between students, teachers will be wearing masks and sanitizing hands and equipment in between each student.

Because of the tight schedule for returns, we ask that you make all efforts to come to the shop during this time.  If you cannot come at that time, and don't have a family member or neighbor to bring the instrument back for you, please call 435-770-9189 to make other arrangements.  Please DO NOT come to a different school's time.

2nd Year Registration

It's time to register for 2nd year orchestra!  Registration fee is $50 (includes books), T-shirts are $10, stands are $15.  Fill out the registration form below.  If you are paying online, make sure you select the correct drop-down menu item.  Registration and payment are due August 31, 2020.
