Instrument Rentals/Returns

Please read carefully as there are specific instructions depending on if you rent from Logan or Cache!


Cache Rentals/Return (All Cache Schools)

MWSA Instrument returns and check-out day is coming soon.  If you rented an instrument this summer and need to return it because you will be going into middle school OR need to check out an instrument for the coming school year please come one of these nights.  

 

Saturday, August 7, 9:00 to 11:00 am  OR


Friday, August 13,  6:00 to 8:00 pm

 

433 S 500 E in River Heights. 

 

We will check your student to make sure their instrument is still a good size for them. 

Please check to be sure your instrument has the rosin and endpin strap in the case.  Rosin is $2 to replace and endpin straps are $13.  Bass students, please return your stool if you checked one out.  If you are renting for the coming school year, the cost is $70.  If you rented through the summer and are renting for this school year, your deposit will rollover.  If you did not rent for the summer, you will need to pay a new $50 deposit.  We can take a check, cash (exact amount), or a card. ($2 transaction fee for card payments)


If you cannot come August 12, please come during shop hours on Wednesdays, 12:00-2:00 pm, beginning August 4.  Shop hours will continue to be at our shop in River Heights (433 S 500 E, River Heights) until further notice.


Instruments returned after August 27th will lose their $50 deposit.  School year rental fees will be $80 after August 27th.
