MWSA Instrument Rental/Return Policies

1. I am aware that it is my responsibility to turn my instrument in at the specified instrument check in dates and times. I must bring the instrument in even if I will be re-renting the instrument.

2. I agree that if my student quits at any time during the year, the instrument will be turned in within 2 weeks with no prorated refund of rental fee.

3. Immediately upon exiting the MWSA Program OR at each designated turn in times indicated, I will be responsible to turn in my instrument. Instruments must be returned to the shop. They may not be left at the school or with the orchestra teacher.

4. I understand and agree that if I fail to turn in the instrument in a timely manner (2 weeks) I will forfeit my $50 deposit (Cache schools) or be charged a $20 late fee (Logan schools). If the instrument is still not returned, I will be billed for the full price of the instrument and will be held liable to pay.

5. In renting this instrument I promise to take care of it properly and require that others do the same. I will replace broken strings on my instrument and be responsible for any damage caused by myself or others while the instrument is in my care. All repairs must be done through the MWSA shop.
